He was married to Rebecca PUGH (daughter of Evan PUGH and Sarah) on 15 Feb 1836 in Henry Co., Ohio. Rebecca PUGH was born on 31 Jan 1811 in Licking County, Ohio. She was buried in Greenway, AR. Daniel WILLIAMS and Rebecca PUGH had the following children:

165 iv. Sarah J. WILLIAMS was born in 1845 in Indiana. She died in Aug 1869 in Union Co., IL. of Typhoid fever.
166 v. Mary E. WILLIAMS was born in 1848 in Union Co., IL. Union Co., IL was apparently her home at the time her father's biography was written. There is no further record.
