2. Francis PARVIN (photo) was born about 1626 in Foxton, Sigston Parish, Northallerton, Yorkshire. Foxton, Sigston Parish is not a village, but a sheep ranch with several buildings, including some old stone ones that must date back well before the Parvins lived there...A one-lane road leads a quarter mile from highway A684 and fords a creek at the entrance to the farm. The next farm to the south is Sigston, the site of an ancient castle, but only the barely visible earthworks remain. The Parvin kids must have played there. (From Richard H. He resided at Osmotherly about 1652 in Yorkshire. He resided at Hornby about 1657 in Great Smeaton Parish, Yorkshire. He immigrated in 1665 to County West Meath, Ireland. He was Quaker about 1665 in County West Meath, Ireland. Joining the Quaker Meeting at Moate. He resided at Knockdonnie about 1668 in County West Meath, Ireland. He resided at Ballyhooney about 1668 in County West Meath, Ireland. He died in 1690 in Dublin, Ireland. He was buried in 1690 in Dublin, Ireland.

He was married to Margaret SIMPSON (daughter of John SIMPSON) about 1647. Margaret SIMPSON died in 1720 in Moate, County West Meath, Ireland. Francis PARVIN and Margaret SIMPSON had the following children:

4 ii. Hannah PARVIN was born about 1655 in Osmotherly, Yorkshire. She immigrated in 1665 to County West Meath, Ireland.
5 iii. Margery PARVIN was born about 1657 in Hornby, Great Smeaton Parish, Yorkshire. She immigrated in 1665 to County West Meath, Ireland.
6 iv. Francis PARVIN was born about 1659 in Hornby, Great Smeaton Parish, Yorkshire. He immigrated in 1665 to County West Meath, Ireland. He died about 1677 in (prob) Ballyhooney, County West Meath, Ireland.
7 v. Rachel PARVIN was born about 1661 in Hornby, Great Smeaton Parish, Yorkshire. She immigrated in 1665 to County West Meath, Ireland.
